ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED?
No they are not. Tour participants are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the start/end destinations. However, if you require assistance with organizing this, we have friends at STA Travel, and so please contact us and one of our team members will be more than happy to hook you up with some awesome deals.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO BOOK ONTO A TOUR?
To participate, you must be of legal drinking age of the host country featured on the tour, but no older than 35. You must also adhere to age restrictions enforced by festival organisers. 

Australia: 18 years old
U.S.A.: 21 years old
Japan: 20 years old
Indonesia: 19 years old 
Europe: 18 years old (with some exceptions)

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A PAYMENT PLAN?
On our website, select the tour you would like to join and then follow the booking prompts. Once you reach the page asking you to select whether or not you'd like to 'PAY IN FULL', or '20% DEPOSIT', select '20% DEPOSIT' and then continue to follow the prompts to make the payment. Once you have received our confirmation email, please contact our team using our phone numbers listed below to set up your plan for the remaining amount. They can be individually tailored to your needs, meaning that we offer the choice of weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments, we do not charge any interest, plus we can also set you up with scheduled SMS reminders.

CAN I PARTICIPATE ON A TOUR IF I AM NOT AUSTRALIAN?
YES! Although Sweat Tours launched out of Melbourne, we definitely welcome international travelers. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

TOUR PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
# Deposit of 20% is non-refundable
# 50% of total tour fees are owed if cancellation occurs less than 2 months (60 days) before tour departure date.
# 100% of total tour fees are owed if cancellation occurs less than 46 days before tour departure date.
# All fees are owed no later than 45 days before departure date.
# All last minute bookings require full payment immediately to secure spot.
# You may change your booking up to 60 days before departure date. Your deposit is transferable for another tour and valid for up to a year.
# Any name changes or changes to passport details will be treated as cancellations.
# Absenteeism will not result in a refund.

IS EVERY TOUR GUARANTEED TO GO AHEAD?
In the unlikely event that minimum number of participants for the tour to run are not met, you will be given at least 6 weeks notice and issued a full refund.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT/VISA?
Yes, you will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months to travel with us. Depending on the country that issued your passport, you may also need a visa. Please contact your local associated embassy for information before travelling.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, it is mandatory for each tour participant to purchase full coverage travel insurance that is valid for the entire duration of the tour. If you require assistance in purchasing travel insurance, we have friends at STA Travel and so please contact us and one of our team members will be more than happy to hook you up with some awesome deals.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?
You will receive a confirmation email containing information regarding your tour once we have received confirmation of your deposit.

WHAT IF I AM TRAVELLING ALONE?
Awesome! We definitely welcome and encourage solo travelers! All our tours are structured to promote new friendships and group camaraderie.

IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, HOW CAN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CONTACT ME?
You will be provided with a full list of emergency contact numbers 21 days before the tour start date, including the numbers for each tour guide that will be travelling with you, which can be reached at all times during the tour.

CAN I KNOW WHO ELSE HAS BOOKED ONTO THE SAME TOUR AS ME?
A Facebook group will be created 21 days before the start of each tour. Each tour participant will be invited into the group and free to chat to get to know one another.
